Remote Office On Comcast having issues
Hello,
We have two locations, both running Comcast Business Internet. They are in Philadelphia and Mechanisburg PA. I have had problems for the last 2 days now with tracert results and connectivity between the locations. The remote office uses Remote Desktop to access information here and they are continually being disconnect, while none of my other users are having problems. WinMTR and Tracert Show:

Hello Hydraulax and welcome,
So, by your " 192.168.1.1 - 6 | 663 | 625 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | ", it seems that you either have the standard Comcast Gateway (CG) DHCP Server IP address re-programmed or you have it disabled. In either case, this could present you issue. If you are using Remote DeskTop (RDT) on a Computer plugged directly into any CG LanPorts 1-4, then you should see 10.1.10.1. So please share with us what you network interconnect is and how it is programmed, so we can further assist.
Thanks much.....

Our router is connected to the CG as the only device on it, and the rest of our network is behind that. The router pulls our static IP. This setup has been in place for a long time and never caused an issue. Called Comcast and they said they are seeing a problem between the two locations on their network somewhere, but it still isn't resolved. Waiting for them to hopefully call today with a status on the issue. It is very frustrating as nothing on either office end changed.
