Remote Connection
I tried using Teamviewer and Ammyy to connect remotely, however both are giving errors.
When I open the programs in the host computer it doesn't even provide an ID.
Any suggestions?

Hello gab and welcome,
For Teamviewer it is neccessary to make sure the following ports are open on the device you are looking to remotely connect to:
As an alternative to port 80 HTTP, port 443 HTTPs is also being checked. In addition, it is also possible to open only port 5938 TCP on the outgoing side.
For Ammyy it is neccessary to make sure the following ports are open on the device you are looking to remotely connect to:
Ammyy Admin session participants ("endpoints") communicate with Ammyy Inc. infrastructure communication servers and gateways using outbound TCP connections on ports 80, 443 or 8080, depending on availability.
