Reduced teleworker internet speeds
I've had a teleworker account for a few years. In all that time, I had been getting a pretty consistent 20+Mbps download rate. In recent months, though, this has dropped to 6Mbps. I get this at any time of day, so it doesn't seem to be a local load issue. As a result, streaming apps buffer and websites hang for long periods.
If this is a ploy by Comcast to get me to change my plan, you could have contacted me rather than simply making the user experience suck. But that wouldn't be the Comcast way, would it?
