I used this information before I posted the last message. I have connected with the same phone before but I did a hard reset to the phone. I believe I am not enetering the domain or user correctly. The link above says to use your full email address. I used the "mail.ch1.comcast.net" for the active synce/ server address as per the link above. I can still access email from my desk top and log in to Comcast and use email from there. Just don't know what else to check....

The registered domain says "callbuck.com" in the Comcast DNS info.

rbuck,
Based on your posts and description we agreed to your diagnosis as a setting/entry issue.
What we recommend is the following:
1. Please make sure there is no 'space' in front or behind all entry.
- Exchange sync will take the entry as a whole when trying to sync to a server.
2. If possible try setting up your email address on another android device for a test.
- If the sync is successful on another device then unfortunately you will have contact your phone support to further trouble shoot.
Thank you
