Ports on modem closed

Ports on modem seem to be closed for 9010 & 80 also need to enable TCP & UDP. I have DVR for security cameras that I used to be able to view remotely thorugh my mobile phone app which is currently not working. I have contacted my DVR tech support which assured me that everything is setup correctly and has stopped working since my ISP has blocked the needed ports. How do i go about unblocking those ports as they were before this issue began?

Hello budgetml and welcome,

 

Comcast does not change or blobk any port forwarding configurations that customer's implement. 

 

Are you using a static IP for your camera server and if not what is the Comcast modem IP address that your camera's networking interface is connected to?

 

If you need assistance on making sure your port forwarding is setup correct just call 8003913000 and choose technical, provuide your account number and any technical agent can assist you.
