Poor upload speeds
I have 300 plus near York, PA. I frequently use a vpn to the office firewall. I've noticed the past few weeks that performance has not been good. It's not symmetric, I get that it will not be ideal for mobile client VPNs. But today I decided to do a speedtest from the office and am annoyed that once again I am not getting the bandwidth that I am paying for.
Download speeds are fine and consistent. Upload speeds, however, are often less than half what they should be. During the speed test, they will start close-ish to what they should be and degrade to half of that during the test.
I've rebooted the modem and the firewall and am using a direct wired connection for the test. The last tech that was here found no issues.
Your "troubleshoot internet" pages display "Sorry something went wrong, please check back later". Speed test from your site attached.

Have you by chance tried any of these along with unplugging your connections?
