OUTLOOK FOR EMAIL

Do you HAVE to use Outlook for your email if you have Comcast Business?

 

Also, I was just told they NO LONGER OFFER automatic replies on email.  WHAT????

Hi User5. While the Outlook mail client is offered as a free download to Comcast Business customers, the actual download and or use of the product is at the customer instance and is not a Comcast requirement.  Comcast does provide a web interface that can be used to send and receive emails.  Here is a Link to the Microsoft info on Outlook Automatic Replies .
