Outages, outages, and more outages

I have to say, since switching to business, this is BY FAR the most terrible service I have had. I havery to call weekly now about outages in the area. This affects everything pertaining to my business and whenever I call, there is nothing anyone can say or do. There has to be something for crying out loud, this is absurd. For the past few weeks, on Thursdays, I experience an outage. Why would today be any different as there is one right now, of course! This is beyond me. The service is intermittent and works some of the time, but that certainly does not reflect in my bill! Ridiculous!

I have the same problem. Whenever Comcast checks equipment or lines, everything is fine. Very anoying and costly for our business. Got to make a change.

Hello,

Sorry for my delayed response. If you are continuing to have intermittent internet issues that tech support is not able to identify, please send me a private message with more details so I can investigate.

Thank You.

I loose service every time it rains. It’s ridiculous in this day n time the connection can’t withstand rain and disconnects anytime the damn wind blows.

Hey! We are sorry to hear that you lose service every time a weather event is taking place. We would be more than happy to look into the account and services. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
