Outages in the Naperville, IL area on 2017-08-01 and 2017-08-02

Anyone who can help -

 

Where can I go to find out the root cause for the outages that hit my location on 2017-08-01 and 2017-08-02?  We are in Naperville, IL on 95th Street and the entire building (I spoke to other companies in our building with cable modems to confirm) was out both days.  It was about 6 hours on 8-1 and an hour and a half 8-2.

 

My management team wants to know if a reason can be identified to determine if this is going to keep occurring and to see if we need to start looking at another provider.
