Outage in Pennsylvania?

I cannot get to my hosted sites behind my modem from remote sites or connect to anything on the internet from there.

When I run traceroutes. (several, from California, Germany, Romania, Taiwan, & Brasil) they either stop in Asburn, VA or NYC area on the Comcast network.

I should at least get to within 20 miles of my location, even if it's also an issue with my equipment

While I've had Comcast tech come onsite, he has no idea why it came back online. As well the traceroutes now show 5 additional hops from the below sites, which were not present before. That's 5 hops prior to my modem.

There was something seriously wrong. Will we ever know?

I apologize for the delayed response. As we discover service issues our customers suffer we constantly adjust our network to meet those needs. Though I cannot speak specifically to this issue and what the cause was I can only hope it resolved the issue. Are you still experiencing connection problems?
