Our service has been down for one week!

So we have internet service that has been fine until the end of July.  Went down on Aug 11 then back up for one day on the 17.  Been down since.  Tickets get opened and closed with no resolution. Please don't tell me to restart my modem for the hundredth time.  I am now calling every day and generating a new ticket each time. We have several modems and they are all down.  This has impacted our business. Is there anyone at Comcast Business that can shed some light on why Comcast can't deliver?

To send a direct message you may need to: Click "Sign In"

 

Click the "direct message" icon

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

Type "Comcast Business" in the "To:" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it.
