Our Comcast Business service is very unreliable with multiple outages every day - Comcast support is unable to diagnose and troubleshoot!

Our Comcast Business service is very unreliable, we have multiple outages every day, and when we call support they are unable to diagnose and trouble shoot the issue. I can't run my business using Comcast, has anyone found a way to get Comcast to actually diagnose and fix these kinds of issues?

I experience outages at least once a week sometimes even more.  It is very disruptive to our business and I am beginning to look for another provider.  I have spoken to the Comcast Business and Business VoiceEdge support for help but the problem persists.   Does anyone have any recommendations or a competitor I might consider?   I was also offered a credit on my bill but have not seen that come through yet.

Hello, @user_47e570. I'm sorry to hear you continue to experience service interruptions. We would hate to lose you as a customer, and would love the opportunity to help find the solution to this problem.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and sometimes posting on an old thread can delay getting help. Please send me a private message with your first and last name as well as your full service address by clicking on the chat bubble in the top right corner and send a message to our "Comcast Business" handle?

The only fix Ive seen in these forums to the multitude of dropped internet posts is people needing to call multiple times until they got someone that knows something and can escalate the issue to a higher level just to find a bad line amplifier....guess this will be my next move to get ours fixed.

If anyone at all is having any kind of concern with their services, you can reach out to us here. We can troubleshoot, look at your bill, and lots of other things. We would just need some info from you in a DM.

To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I no longer work for Comcast.

We, too, are experiencing an increasing number of service outages, usually requiring a reset of the cable router.

I am assuming that there was some erroneous router firmware update applied that is causing the exceptional number of service outages.  A reset of the router restores service temporarily, however, it is an appalling level of quality for a business internet service.

I sent a detailed report of the most recent four outages about 10 hours ago via direct messaging as the support team always seems to request but have so far had no response.
