Ongoing Constant Outage

Appears again I am not the only one who is having constant outage issues again.

 

What is the deal with this? Especialy on a buinsess class internet. I have people who can get onto the severs or even get a plain text email to send.

 

More impressively is the near 50% rate of packet loss.

 

I have been through my modem and the signal quality is there, packet loss is the same even when connected directly to the modem.

 

Even after I talked to some other CBI friends, any who are on the Chicago hub seem to experince this issue.

Around 10 pm eastern time it will start.

Can ease up around 4.30am, but wont stay gone. Giving the impression its not maintance since it will happen during "peak hours"

Kills U\D rates with packet loss, and made worse with more open connections.

Exhibits signs of selective blocking\dropping of web data. Like near 80% loss on streaming services netfilx, but 100% make it for comcast related networks like hulu.com, comcast.net;

 

Really curious as to why this has been an ongoing issue for a couple of months and will it be resolved before my contract expires. I know the offical response will be send info and then it will be the modems fault, will need to swap it with no resolve again.
