Not accepting wifi password

I see my ID listed however the accurate password keeps getting booted, Dont know what to do.

Hello Pastor and welcome,

 

If you are using your non-Comcast wireless router, contact the manufacturer technical support to obtain the login sequence for that device. If you are using a Comcast wireless router, specifically the DPC3939B, the private SSID and network pass key is located on the bottom of the device.  The XFINITYWIFI public wifi uses your business or residential email address and password. If you have the DPC3939B and still not able to use your wifif, please call 1800-391-3000 for technical assistance.
