Nobody at comcast seems to understand Connection Pro

We just wanted to add 2 phone lines, of couse this is impossible when dealing with comcast cause they only train their employees to force customers into new plans with products they dont want or need. Regardless, they forced us have at least 1 of 2 products to be eligible for the plan we wanted. We chose connection pro because who doesn't like the sound of backup internet. 


I've read the limitations of this product, doesn't work with static IP, understandable, but thats not the issue. My main issue is that nobody can tell me how to access any type of configuration of this device. I cant even see it listed on my account even though its been about a month since its been added to account. 


Every support document concerning this product states that there should be a landing page in your internet services page, however there is nothing. those pages simply dont exist for me. 


The first post on this forum is for connection pro and that even states 

  • An intuitive online portal that allows customers to monitor their service status

So where is it?



I've contacted support 3 times so far, each time I'm told a different story.
