No one has reached out to me for service

I ordered comcast online, It's been a week and no one has reached out. 

I called in and was told that because I ordered online, the reps cant see my order or any of my details.

I have my own modem, I don't need anything but the internet. I don't need a tech to come out. 
How can I get an update?

800-391-3000 is Our Comcast Business Loyalty team is awesome and is a group of specialized individuals that are dedicated to providing solutions to billing concerns such as this. Please reach out to them directly

@Comcast_Orlando​ I've already called. They said they could not help me because I ordered comcast online

They can still help you if you give them the address to see if the order online was completed, if there is nothing completed then a phone agent can help you set up service for you, unfortunately, we do not set up the business accounts as we only have access to set up residential accounts
