No email from website

New computer, started using Thunderbird, previously used Outlook and now I'm unable to receive emails sent thru our website which is hosted by someone other than Comcast.

No changes were made to website settings. If I send emails directly to the same address as listed on the website, they go thru immediately. But if I go to the website and send the email from the contact page, it never arrives.

I can only imagine that I've got some setting wrong. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?

Hello pfm and welcome,

If you want your existing email server to be email hosted by Comcast follow Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting . Please also be advised that Comcast blocks outgoing Port 25 due to a recent industry email hacking scam, so if your current email outgoing server use this port then no emails will be received within Comcast. You might want to try changing Port 25 to either in network 587 or out network 465.

Hope this helps you out.
