No email forward possible
I have deleted yesterday a user with his email address. Than I have tried to make a email forward for the deltet address to our company Exchange email server.
I try this:
My Account --> Email--> Manage forwards
first i type in the email adresse and then were i want it be forwarded. Than I choose "save" and this is the message i become:
Manage forwards successfully saved.
We are processing your request. It may take a few minutes for changes to be reflected in your online account.
But after one day nothing hapend, if I look now in Manage forwards there is no forward that I can manage or see.
I have tried to forward a new email addess like test123@.....com to my private gmail, I become the same message that it will take a few minutes. but after hours nothing happends...
Can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong?
