Nightly internet outtage between 9:30pm and 10:15PM Pacific time

This has happened for the last month. Between 9:30PM and 10:15PM Pacific time, I will lose internet connection.  I'm on my 2nd AP that connects to the modem.  The connection then becomes spuratic, using speedtest.net gets me 1 meg down.

Are the specific updates that happen at that time?  I know its not my AP as I can fully connect and configure it, as well as connect to the other PCs on my network.

However, ANY internet connection is absent

When you lose connectivity through the "AP", can you try connecting a computer via ethernet directly to the modem & see if you still don't connect?

Hello BradleyWall and welcome,

Please post your downstream/upstream, ans SNR parameters from Comcast Gateway (CG) user interface and this will be helpful for diagnostic purposes.

Computers directly connected to it do the same thing at the same time of night.

Great, and instructions to log in and get to the Comcast Gateway user interface?  Keep in mind, this is a cable modem only, no built in AP.

To login to it, browse to http://10.1.10.1 and use "cusadmin" for the username and "highspeed" for the password
