network connectivity not working with my DVR..

I am running security cameras and cant seem to get connectivity with it..worked great for the first 2 weeks after set up...yesterday started having network connection issues, now nothing.

Does your security camera server use Static or Dynamic IP to connect to the internet? What Comcast Gateway (Modem) are you using? Thanks
