Need to contact the comcast construction team, please help!

To Whom It May Concern,  

Our new office location is We need to have our own D-Marc in our building since our neighbor is not willing to share the D-Marc with us. We need to have our own D-marc from Comcast.  

My sales rep. said our case is transferred to the construction team and the construction team will contact me to schedule the appointment. However I haven’t received the call from the construction team yet.   

I really need to speed up this since we are planning to move to the new office in Sep., we need to have the internet service before we move in. Please help.
