Need some help with recently reduced upload speeds

I have Comcast Business 150/20 service.  For the last few months its been great.  Really has.  We had a storm last week and service (and power) was knocked out several times.  Outages were acknowledged on the Comcast Business web site.  Service was retored but my upload speeds have been miserable since.  About 5 to 6 Mbps where I was getting 22 or so, just above what I was paying for.

 

I have checked signal levels on my Cisco DPC3939B modem as suggested in the pinned troubleshooting post in this forum and all looks just fine.  It really looks as if my modem has just been re-provisioned back to a slower upload limit.  Downstream speeds returned to normal within a few hours of the service being restored.  Just not upload.

 

Can someone give me a hand and check this or suggest what I can do to get my upload speed back?
