My business internet has been down since yesterday 10/8
Out of the blue our business internet went out at around noon on a busy Friday Oct 10th. We were unable to use the business software and process customer credit card. What a disaster. We tried to reset the comcast modem while on the phone with the support department but no luck. We received the ticket number CR006812683. So the tech came out today Saturday 10/9. The tech installed a new modem and the result was still the same. Determined that the external (coaxial line) needs to be replaced. Tech informed us it would be until Tuesday Oct 12th to have the service fully restored. I dont know if hotspot would work for our computers. What is strange about this is the cable tv and phone were working ok. Would make sense for cable tv, phone to go down with internet if the coaxial cable was disturbed. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
