MY BUSINESS HAS BEEN DOWN FOR SECOND DAY!!

I am extremely disappointed with Comcast business. I have their service which runs our office phone system as well as our internet. There was an outage yesterday from 5am to 2:35pm. When it was restored our business modem would not reset and I was told it needed to be replaced. I was told I could not exchange it at the local Comcast office. I called and was told a technician would not come out until Monday, Aug 31st, which would put my business down for six days!! This was totally unacceptable especially when customers call and the recording sounds like our phone has been disconnected. Customers are calling my cell number asking me if we went out of business. This morning I called and was told a tech could not come out until tomorrow between 1-5. This still puts my business down for three days. Comcast business is terrible and gives no options for businesses when the comcast equipment is down. You definitely cannot rely on them and when you call you reach people in Texas who really don't care. This is costing my business and costing me money every day. There has got to be someone at Comcast that actually cares about their customers!!!

If you have an on-going issue that support cannot solve I'd recommend reaching out to the tech supervisor or PMing one of the admins here as they can escalate internally which always ends up being better.

Specifically @theantiqueco, if you have a tech out ask to speak to Dave. He's the tech supervisor for the Sacramento area. Very nice guy and if your problem isn't clear cut he'll make the drive out there himself.
