Low download speed and high ping time in Office at 95051
We are experiencing low speeds, latency issues very frequently. Our office is in Santa Clara (near Walsh Ave) , 95051,CA. We have a 30Mbps line but often observe(3-4 times a day) that the speed is too slow. Download speed = 8Mbps and ping time = 500ms.
We also lose the internet connection once every 2-3 days, we restart the modem everytime to get the connection back.
Please solve the issue.

Hello srinivas_auro and welcome to forums,
I apologize for my delayed reply to your post. I was looking over your signal levels logs and I am not seeing anything alarming at this time. I would like to put your modem into an IPv4 only mode. This is a temporary adjustment to force re-registration to the network. This process can take up to 40 minutes to complete. Do you have a preferred time of day for this rest? (AM|PM)
