Lack of service and follow up

We have experienced phone, TV and Internet issues for over 3 months.  I have called and chatted online with Comcast 4 Business -- I am currently holding for an agent, 37 minutes!!!

 

We were told a technician would be out to help us, we were told that our account would be reviewed for outtages and credits issued.

 

ALL LIES!!!!!!!  I would like to speak with a senior executive at Comcast to resolve this.  I also tried to terminate some of my services and I was laughed at on the phone as the agent chuckled that I signed a contract.  That's BS if you do not provide the promised services.

 

WORST COMPANY EVER.
