Lack of Customer Service
I am a small business and at 12:35 yesterday I lost phone, internet, and alarm. We were unable to get any of it going through resets and steps provided. Comcast can not make it out till 1:30pm on Monday. I am a restaurant now operating with no phone, internet, or alarm. The customer service with this place is a literally the worst experience one can have, however since they are a Monopoly you really have no choice. I guess my business just suffers through their defficiencies till Monday. I'm sure the bill will not reflect this
