Issue with attachements & contacts in webmail.w14a.comcast.net

I have an employee who is using a machine with Windows 8.1 and cannot attach items to emails. He also cannot seem to get contacts either.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello gfkantor and welcome,

 

Please make sure that your employee is using pop.w14a.comcast.net (or imap.14a.comcast.net) for incoming server and smtp.w14a.comcast.net for his webmail email account, if it is intrinsic webmail. Please be advised of the email info here, too. FYI - Attachments must be under 20 MB for them to be processes correctly. Try this site for adding contacts.

Unfortunately that did not help.

 

he is using just the webmail client - doesn't want to use Outook 2010.

 

Neither will work with Google Chrome and Windows 8.1. Also there is an internet explorer issue that it will only allow him to use the light version.
