Irma- No Business phone/internet

Went without power for 7 days, thought that would be the hard part, evidently getting phone/internet is harder. I need to transmit via secured internet. Ridiculous my bill is $500 a month & no one will connect a temporary cable to SOMETHING to get us back to Pre-Irma! Everyday- I check on the website & it just keeps moving the target time forward by 12 hours!!! Can anyone suggest a resolution??
