IPSEC Traffic

It appears the Comcast connection may be blocking IPSEC VPN traffic. Is there a way to have this unblocked?

Hello EricGarrison and welcome, If you have a DPC3941B, log in to this Comcast Gateway (CG using a computer/laptop enet cable connected to any rear LanPort, bring up browser enter 10.1.10.1, username=cusadmin, password=highspeed), go to Advanced...Port Management. and make sure the "Disable all rules and allow all ports open" parameter has a check mark with the box, save settings, and let us know if this corrected your situation.
