Internet is so slow it's unusable
I thought comcast business customers had 24/7 tech support. I called and got a standard response, 'outage in you area' etc. This is not the service I expected.

Mind going to the link http://10.1.10.1 and taking a screen shot of your upstream and downstream signal levels? (On Windows, you can go to the page in your web browser and press the "Print Screen" key, then go into Microsoft Paint and press "CTRL+V" to paste the screenshot in.) Also, how are you measuring the speed - wired or wireless, and through what kind of modem/router(s)?
