Internet down

After waiting for 35 mins on line today, I am told the internet is down. Gee, I spent 20 mins working on my side for a problem on your end. How about something like while waiting on the phone and being sold products, you say, GEE internet is down in Utah. Gee, that lowers the calls in relieves your TECHs and creates a much better relationship or

May be a web site showing areas down, but I would think the map if the us would be mostly RED,,,,

I hope you don't think you are special (smile). This is my second time waiting for a customer specialist to become available to discuss my issue. I have now been on hold 1:1:19. "Your call is important to us.....we will be with you as soon as possible." Last friday I had a similar experience - I had to leave after waiting for 45 minutes. If I treated my customers the way comcast treasts me, they would be voting with there feet (and their dollars).

Sorry to hear about your service issue. How long has this been going on? From my side your modem is connecting to the Internet fine. What is the exact connectivity issue?
