Internet disconnections

Hi,

 

We ve been having internet disconnections thw whole day. We have an ongoing ping to our public ip and every approx 30 min we get request timed out for approx 10 minutes.

 

Are comcast expierincing issue in miami port area ?

The following are alternative as to how you can check for Comcast geographical outages:

 

1. You can log into your Business Class Portal (BCP) Account and outages are reported in your direct area

 

2. You can use the Detector Down Map @  http://downdetector.com/status/comcast-xfinity
