Intermittent internet connection

One of our remote location is using Comcast Internet Business product and is experencing a great deal of intermittent connectivity.  This is causing them to loss network and phone connection.  When we ping the IP we see that is drops every 4-5 pings.  We have tried to use the live chat for 3 days and no one is ever available.  Called the 800 number and got the run around 4 times.  Hope this helps
