Well I have to say the tech that made it out fixed it up. Apparently there were local issues and a 'node?' outage Friday in area. Things happen and he was exceptional and cleared up the issues, was on time and knowledgeable. Thanks for responding promptly and I might suggest digital photos for installs that could be geo-tagged to prevent sloppy work or issues that are hard to pinpoint otherwise; with such a large service force. My post was somewhat in gest and somewhat in frustration (and understanding) what a tough job it is to manage so many customers. The real take-away is reaction to an issue and Comcast did fairly well in this dapaetment.
