I'm paying for 60mb and it's at 8mb!!!

Has been working like a dream for ONE YEAR and we have had two comcast trucks in our street today and NOW it's down FROM 60mb to 8mb!!!

 

YES I know what I am doing and YES I know how to measure it!   i use https://testmy.net/

 

SO what's the fastest solution to this please? I run my business on this and it's NOT funny that my account now shows 16mb starter!!! NOT the 60mb business I am paying for.

 

ANY immediate help would be great

I'm still working on getting the comcast people to help me out but thanks for the reach out.  Right now I am "hoping" they will figure it out.
