How do I disable the Security Edge service?
I recently upgraded my comcast business and I want to disable it completely. I tried going into the dashboard on the site but it says "Access Denied You do not have access to the Security Edge service for this account. Please request access with the account’s Primary Manager." Please help.

Thank you for reaching out! We can certainly understand that in some instances, you may need or want to disable the Security Edge! Generally you'd be able to disable it via My Account as long as your logged in using the Primary manager ID on the account, or been added as an account manager.
