Horrible connectivity negatively impacting business

Daily Internet Outages for my business is not acceptable. We own a children's learning center. From 3pm on each day, parents entrust their children to us for tutoring - for a month, we have had nothing but trouble with our internet connection.  Our phones are tied to the internet, so parents cannot contact us, not to mention new prospects.  This has been going on for a month. I am told it has to do with their outside signal.  Either fix it immediately, or do not sell a service you cannot stand behind.  Someone must fix this issue. You courted us to get our business and now we have to put up with this?  It gets real simple for me at this point: it is either permanently fixed by Thursday December 8th or we will move on to a competitor's platform.

Can you go over this post and try the troubleshooting steps listed? Also, can you post the signal levels for your equipment?

We are having the same issues! I tested our system and it is jerky conection to comcast server and slow speeds. It cut on and off all during the day. You can't stream anything! the test shows it's comcast issue not the equipment. Comcast and AT&T are constantly working on the main hub down the street!

Honestly...Call the tier 1 support. They will send out someone with technical knowledge. Then they will either install a filter, or remove a filter, and it will work for a few months. At that time the same dance will start again. I'm pretty sure the dozen filter install/uninstalls I've had are an excuse for something they fixed upstream and don't want to disclose.
