Free Email Accounts for Comcast Business accounts?

Did the free email accounts for a Comcast Business accounts go away? How do I access email on my comcast account? I don't see a way to access email for my comcastbiz.net accounts.

Hi mike17380! The comcastbiz.net emails through us were discontinued but you can now use our Cloud Solutions partners to manage your email services.

A person on the help line said that my account was linked to a comcastbiz.net account and not the gmail email address I currently use. So I could not use any cloud solutions app (the page was completely blank and would not load). I have been trying to reset the pass word for my comcastbiz.net to use the online web apps but have been unable to because I don't know the password (someone else made it years ago). Now you say that they were discontinued, how do I access the apps? why did your help line person read me the email address (how else would I Know it) and tell me it is the one I had to use to login?

I'm sorry for the continued issues with accessing the apps. You would have to get the login access corrected first before gaining access to the apps. You are welcome to call our amazing Business team at (800) 391-3000. They will be able to help with all your concerns.

They are NOT amazing.  Cloud Services says an email account will cost $7+ per month.  I opened a ticket with your "amazing" business team, and was told they needed to open a ticket and that I would get a call back in 72 hours.  Barely understandable people, and did not seem to comprehend what I'm asking for.  Why is this so hard?
