Forced call back modem reset terrible customer service
of course i rebooted the modem before calling, hanging up on me and forcing me to call back "while the modem resets" 10 minutes later is awful service and essentially says you value your time more than mine.

So, continuing on with this disaster. Your technician leaves today without fixing the problem. Then I call back and level 2 looks at it and determines with unilateral stupidity that everything is fine, again without calling me. Of course I can't reply to their email. So now I have to call back in for the third time today. Its pretty obvious you don't care one iota about my time, your disrespect is very apparent and you should be ashamed at this poor level of service.
