Email Send/Receive Error
Send/Receive error occurs with outlook, can't synchronize. Issue began on May 31st and 2 emails are sitting in outlook outbox. Error message says to contact Internet Service Provicer.
Using a browser, Gmail allows emails to work normally. Error code 0x800CCC0E

I do appreciate you bringing your email issues to our attention. Do you by chance have hosted email from Cloud solutions or is this from another provider?

Are there any issues you're having with your internet services such as packet loss or latency? This may not be a Comcast issue but rather an Outlook or Gmail issue if everything else is working correctly.

It is a gmail account normally accessed using Outlook. Since the error message suggested contacting our Internet Service Provider, I posted here.

Do you notice any slow internet speeds or are you getting disconnected from the internet at all?
I can also review your account if you would like to private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account.
