Email not receiving on Comcastbiz

Hi new to Comcast business. I am having trouble receiving any email on Comcastbiz. Have called in no help there. Tried using my outlook email. No luck. Followed all the  dns settings no luck there too. I have looked for a step by step but can't find one that makes any sense. I have outlook 2010. I am very frustrated with all of this !
