Email Forwarding - More than one destination
We just moved our domain hosting to Comcast. We use some accounts as generic boxes for miltiple recipients. For example: Prayer@OurChurch.org may go to person A, B, an C. It seems as though mail fowarding on Comcast Business is a 1 to 1 relationship. I tried using a comma and a semicolon between addresses. Nada. I also tried creating two lines with the same inboard (eg. Prayer) and different forwards A,B, C). Nada.
How can I have the system forward to a group?
Thanks in advance!

Hello TJKELLY and welcome,
If you want to email to a specific group then you can use this to create an email distribution list.
Hope this helps you out.

OK, so with this, I need to set up the distribution list, then add users from outlook. I will need to get that set up first. However, can I forward to people outside my domain? (which is the case).

Yes, you can add any email username outside your domain into your distribution list.
You might also want to take a peek at managing forwards and do some testing on this for your business needs.
