Download/Upload speed variations since moving locations
I run a home office and have the Deluxe Business Package which is supposed to come with 50/10 Download/Upload speeds. At one point my office was in a room of my home; I've now since moved it to my guesthouse. I'm getting speeds that vary between 19/5 to 35/25. The Download speed never goes above 35, the upload speed is often higher than the download speed. I would say I am averaging 25-30 Mbps for a download speed. I recall it being pretty consistent at 50/10 in the old space, but it's all over the place at the new location, and it never gets up to 50 for download.
What are the acceptable specs for this package? I feel like with what I'm paying, getting download speeds between 19-35 aren't worth it.
Is there anything I can try to troubleshoot this issue?

Your test result shows a possible signal issue. We recommend a field tech call to test the IP-Gateway's current signal status from site.
An average your service indicates 29.6 Mbps down and 6.7 Mbps up but based on http://testmy.net/quickstats/Marie%20Arrowsmith result periodically your service improves. This indicates a possible signal issue.
