Data Usage

Welcome dalent.  As data usage for Business accounts is unlimited, there is no usage meter associated with the Comcast Business accounts.

I understand that data is unlimited, yet I still want to know what the usage is.

How?

Comcast does not provide such intenet bandwidth (data) usage facilities within their customer modem access controls. However, you can subscribe to a plethora of such reputable facilities on the internet. These facilities are simply downloaded and installed like any other application and have configuration features that can meet your requirements.

Would you kindly recommend a couple of applications that can be downloaded safely?  Many thanks in advance.

Really depends on where you want to run it. If you want to just run it on a single computer you can try something like https://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/. There are hundreds more just need to search. If you want it more on a network level your router should have something which tracks/monitors bandwidth. There are also some solutions to doing a global monitoring before the router but after the modem but those are generally a bit more involved.
