daily problems with new CBR router. traffic slows and all pings to outside timeout.

new CBR having daily problems.  traffic slows and all pings to outside timeout. no using any phone or wifi strictly wired into the device. non stop problems since day one.  they have already been out to replace the unit once and now it's completely unresponsive.  i was promised and the quote i got i was told i was going to get a juniper router not this junk.  consider your SLA breached and i will terminiate service here and other locations if this is how the service is trending. im done i have had enough of this problem that has persisted since may.
