Daily outages
So, I have internet service that regularly stops for about five to six minutes at a time, generally once a day, sometimes more. I don't know why or how to determine why this happens. However, it is extremely disruptive to me.

If you find any specific issue(s) with you gateway connection just contact 800-391-3000 and use high speed internet technical option, then just inform the technical agent and he will either resolve it realtime or dispatch a Comcast technician to get it reolved.
