Our 2 offices are able to get incoming calls but the connection on our end is garbled and outbound calls are not going through.

Is Comcast aware of and working on outages? I'm in Fresno CA area have my business, customer's businesses and my home connection all extremely spotty. Pages will start to load then take 10 minutes or more before displaying anything. Sometimes not loading at all. downdetector.com shows many complaints all across the country right now. Any news Comcast?

Hello, our company's phone lines are experiencing issues. The phone has a dial tone but there are no incoming calls. Also, the Internet keeps losing connection so webpages fail to load. Please advise. Thank you!

Same in Colorado Springs, CO. I called, and there is a 1.5+ hour wait time for help, so I am hoping they are aware of it (even though they have posted nothing yet).

The connectivity issue has been ongoing for 3 weeks. We are a small business medical office and need our phone lines to connect with our patients. We need our internet for electronical medical records. We need our fax to receive medical records. This issue needs to be resolved NOW or you must grant your customers refunds for lack of service. Please contact us with an answer and a date that you will resolve this issue,

our internet was down yesterday and waited on hold for hour 1/2 and to be told 'there is no outage'. I don't understand the communication between the company and customers is not reliable and their #1 concern should be their customers but that is not the case. Communication in the company has to go to their front line employees who talk directly to the customer, so they can better inform the customer of up to date information.

We are still having issues with our phones. We can barely hear our clients when they call in and them us. It is spotty but very annoying and unprofessional for our business. Also harmful if emergencies can't be dealt with properly!
