Connection issues spanning over a year
Hello all,
We have been trying to get a stable connection in our area for over a year now at a commercial site. We have a 150/20 link I believe is the posted Dl/UL. but cant seem to get those speeds nor keep a connection for any stretch of time. Currently we are getting like 6mbs down and 18+mbps upload. We just had another tech out today who replaced a line, which gave us our posted speeds for a short span and now back to the 6/18mbps that we were getting and the signals are all over again. Can anyone speak to how to get something like this resolved. We use a voip service and run most of the business "in the cloud" so a stable connection is a must. We also have a backup AT&T line that gives us issues, but thats another story! Any inpur is appreciated.

We have also had unreliable internet for quite some time as so have some of the businesses near ours. They said everything was fine. We had to wait until our super old modem died and then someone finally replaced that. It only helped the intermittent issues a little. I still get alerts constantly from the monitoring software that the site is unreachable randomly throughout the day.
