Comcast Blocking Reputable Sites. Help!

Hello! My business has a new Shopify site and it is being blocked ONLY on Comcast internet service. The site in question is: https://harborsaunas.com/

This site is perfectly safe and google rates it as such. However, when I visit this site on certain Comcast routers it is being blocked. The page has a message like this: "Malware and Phishing. This site is blocked because it is a known security threat. Please contact your network administrator to gain access." 

I have seen others on the web have this issue with Comcast before. I was wondering if anyone has found a work around at the domain level such that Comcast would let this site through it's routers.

I did this a few minutes ago. The domain has been submitted. Is there anything else I can do?

Great question, at this time we would need to wait for the team to work the ticket it will create.

@Comcast_Janelle It has been over 10 days since I submitted out site to the Xfinity Advanced Security. Is there any update on our domain. It is still being blocked. Thanks!

Hi user_4e0ac8, thank you for taking the time and effort to submit that with our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team, and for letting me know. I don't have a way to review their tickets, but you should've received a ticket with them. When you submitted your request, did you get any notifications back? I totally get why this is important to you and your business, so I'll do all that I can to help.
